About the role

  • Lead DevOps initiatives, proposing improvements, standards and best practices for the development and continuous delivery lifecycle.
  • Develop, maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins and integrations with Jira.
  • Work on process automation and on creating and maintaining environments using Linux, Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Support and evolve the infrastructure that serves a software product based on Java and React microservices.
  • Ensure observability, monitoring and reliability of applications in production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, supporting decisions and providing technical guidance to other professionals when required.

Requirements

  • English (for reading and technical communication).
  • Solid experience with:
  • - Docker
  • - Jenkins
  • - Linux
  • - Kubernetes
  • - CI/CD pipelines
  • - Familiarity with microservices environments is desirable (Java/React).
  • Senior-level ability to lead technical discussions, define standards and support architectural decisions.
  • Proactive attitude, systems thinking and focus on stability and performance.
  • Good communication, organization and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
