About the role

  • Act as a **technical reference** for multiple teams and projects
  • Support architectural decisions aimed at **solution quality, scalability and sustainability**
  • Work paired with **project management**, supporting planning, technical risk assessment and trade-offs

  • Conduct **internal technical training** and training for partners

Requirements

  • Actively involved in the **definition and evolution of architecture**, focusing on maintainability, scalability and quality
  • Fully **hands-on** profile, with practical involvement in code and architecture
  • Ability to understand technologies, languages and frameworks as **tools**, with openness to learn beyond your primary stack
  • Experience with **Domain-Driven Design (DDD)**
  • Code design best practices:
  • TDD, clean code, rich domain modeling
  • KISS, YAGNI, DRY, SOLID, Design Patterns
  • Architecture modeling:
  • Clean Architecture, Hexagonal, Onion
  • Fundamentals of distributed systems
  • Microservices and event-driven architecture
  • **Lean** mindset and **Minimum Viable Architecture (MVA)**
  • Test pyramid and **test automation across multiple layers**
  • Experience in **DevOps culture**, including:
  • CI/CD
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Knowledge of **engineering metrics**, such as:
  • Cyclomatic and cognitive complexity
  • Lead Time
