About the role
- Act as the Product Owner in agile teams, serving as the bridge between the business and development
- Participate in Design Thinking sessions and Discovery processes to identify problems and opportunities
- Manage the backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization and alignment with the company’s strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions that generate real impact
- Act with a sense of responsibility and autonomy, keeping focus on timely, agile and relevant deliveries.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in projects using agile methodologies
- Knowledge of Design Thinking and Discovery
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Porto Alegre, RS
- University degree completed or in progress
- Experience with financial products
- Product Owner certification (Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, etc.)
- Soft skills:
- Clear and assertive communication
- Ability to collaborate with different areas
- Systemic and strategic mindset
- Organizational skills, planning and autonomy in execution.
