About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Management System in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company standards, and client requirements.
  • Ensure all construction activities are executed in accordance with EHS requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive project risk assessments and maintain a project risk register to identify, evaluate, and control potential safety, health, and environmental risks.
  • Plan, lead, and participate in internal EHS audits, site inspections, and regulatory inspections.
  • Develop and deliver EHS induction programs, toolbox talks, and specialized training for employees, contractors, and management.
  • Lead and manage investigations of incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) role, preferably within construction, oil and gas, or infrastructure projects.
  • Relevant EHS related certifications (EU-OSHA, NEBOSH, CESAT, IOSH)
  • Ability to work on-site and travel as needed.
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in data centers or other critical infrastructures is considered as a benefit.
