About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems.
  • Ensure all electrical infrastructure operates efficiently and adheres to established performance standards.
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Provide hands-on technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
  • Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Support the Electrical Engineering Manager and Critical Services Manager in developing strategic initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within a data centre or critical infrastructure environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical infrastructure including power distribution, UPS systems, generators, and switchgear.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Finnish is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with high integrity and a collaborative working style.
