Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Full lifecycle management of local approvals, including Development Order Earthwork Permits Building Plan Approvals Local Fire Safety submission and inspections.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Project Delivery teams to align resources and support new project development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and national government agencies.
Direct administrative operations, including document control, travel coordination, and employee onboarding logistics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record in managing multi-country operations, public-sector engagement, and compliance in Latin America.
Strong understanding of Latin American government structures, permitting frameworks, and corporate compliance standards.
Excellent project management, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, document management systems, and budget planning tools.
