About the role
- Lead Full lifecycle management of local approvals, including Development Order Earthwork Permits Building Plan Approvals Local Fire Safety submission and inspections.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Project Delivery teams to align resources and support new project development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and national government agencies.
- Direct administrative operations, including document control, travel coordination, and employee onboarding logistics.
Requirements
- Proven track record in managing multi-country operations, public-sector engagement, and compliance in Latin America.
- Strong understanding of Latin American government structures, permitting frameworks, and corporate compliance standards.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, document management systems, and budget planning tools.
- Familiarity with workplace design, vendor management, and community engagement.
