Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university program, focus on business, IT, or healthcare preferred, although previous related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience working on cross-functional teams and strong dedication to teamwork
Outstanding interpersonal skills along with the ability to engage physicians effectively and develop strong relationships with client points of contact to promote go-live success
Demonstrated ability with providing highly effective and professional customer/client support in a service setting
Strong problem-solving capabilities and commitment to quality
Demonstrated leadership potential
Basic working knowledge of application support
Proven history of self-motivation and ability to work independently
Strong proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
