About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide outstanding training and support in both English and French to our customers (new and existing) via our dealer management system
  • Primarily lead virtual training sessions to guide customers through the software implementation process
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promote continuous learning
  • Handle department-assigned tickets in a timely manner
  • Document requests or issues as tickets and escalate to the responsible teams when necessary
  • Stay current with and fully understand process documentation, especially as processes evolve within the department

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken, read, and written)
  • 1–2 years of experience in automotive dealership operations, specifically in accounting
  • Strong computer skills required, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software tools is essential
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the United States up to two weeks per month; valid passport, U.S. visa (if applicable), and a valid, unrestricted driver's license required
