Mid-level Commercial Analyst – Surety Bond

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop a regionally segmented pipeline by identifying target obligors, adjusting commercial terms, flagging any existing bank relationships that facilitate contact, and reporting progress by squad;
- Submit requests for rate reductions;
- Generate insights for commercial managers to be addressed in meetings with brokers (via reports, presentations, etc.);
- Provide timely support to brokers for inquiries such as the obligor’s rate, whether a letter of appointment is required, and availability of leads (including via WhatsApp);
- Prepare data for retention processes, considering collateral negotiations and correctly submitting requests to the committee;
- Maintain recurring meetings to update brokers on lead status;
- Handle complex requests from obligors and/or brokers to reduce excessive email exchanges, clarifying exactly what is required to place the risk;
- Follow up on campaigns, support ongoing initiatives, and reinforce company communications;
- Handle requests below the commercial manager’s approval threshold, in accordance with the respective squad.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (completed);
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Basic knowledge of Power BI;
- Technical knowledge of the Surety Bond product (Seguro Garantia).
