About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide Supervision to Associate-Level Therapists: Offer clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists, ensuring they deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy services to youth.
- Ensure Compliance and Ethical Practice: Monitor and ensure that supervisees adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards.
- Focus on Outcomes: Utilize our tools and resources to help supervisees track progress and adjust treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for their clients.
- Maintain Supervisory Documentation: Keep accurate and timely records of supervision sessions using our secure EHR system.
- Engage in Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay at the forefront of youth mental health care.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active, independent clinical license in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
- Minimum of 1 year experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends).
