Provide Supervision to Associate-Level Therapists: Offer clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists, ensuring they deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy services to youth.
Ensure Compliance and Ethical Practice: Monitor and ensure that supervisees adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active, independent clinical license in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
Minimum of 1 year experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists.
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends).
