About the role
- Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to children and adolescents via our EHR/telehealth platform.
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with youth, families, and school partners.
- Provide psychoeducation and clinical guidance to parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate in case consultations and ongoing professional development.
- Contribute to program growth—help refine Daybreak’s clinical offerings.
Requirements
- Active LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license in California
- Experience working with youth and families in clinical or school settings
- Strong telehealth skills and reliable high-speed internet connection
- Commitment to culturally responsive care and equity
- Associates NOT accepted for the W2 or 1099 position
- Flexible Schedule: Set hours Monday–Friday (3 PM–8 PM) + optional weekends
