• Support the onboarding of retail users to the Ether.fi Cash program and conduct KYC checks
• Review and process retail KYC applications, ensuring accurate collection and verification of identity documentation
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD), including PEP, sanctions, and adverse media screening
• Assess risk profiles of applicants and escalate high-risk cases to the Compliance Manager for review
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all KYC activity to meet audit and regulatory standards
• Assist in refining and improving onboarding workflows to balance user experience with compliance requirements
• Monitor ongoing activity and support periodic reviews of existing customers where required
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to align compliance processes with business needs
• Support the Compliance Manager with reporting, regulatory filings, and ad-hoc compliance initiatives

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on the Ethereum/L2 blockchains, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and optimized for gas consumption.
• Conduct thorough testing and auditing of smart contracts to ensure security and functionality, utilizing tools such as Forge for an enhanced development workflow.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in Ethereum, Solidity, and blockchain technology to continually improve contract efficiency and security.
• Contribute to the development of internal best practices for smart contract development, including security measures, coding standards, and documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain high-quality code standards.

• Responsibilities: Build and maintain dashboards to track TVL, user funnels, vault performance, protocol cash flows, and other key metrics
• Analyze onchain data to generate insights that guide product direction, user incentives, and growth strategies
• Benchmark ether.fi performance against competitors and evolving market trends
• Collaborate with engineering and design to improve how analytics are surfaced across internal tools and user-facing interfaces
• Contribute to go-to-market planning for new product launches and vault offerings
• Partner with marketing, BD, and product to track and improve user retention and protocol revenue
• Prepare protocol-level analysis for quarterly investor calls and ecosystem updates
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences
