About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide B2B consultative service and support to the portfolio of active customers, including preparing quotes, commercial follow-up, order placement and tracking, ensuring excellence in relationships and responsiveness to requests.
  • Prospect new customers, expand regional presence and reactivate inactive accounts, identifying business opportunities and strengthening the company’s market presence.
  • Develop market mapping by monitoring trends, competitors and the potential of strategic customers to support commercial actions and growth opportunities.
  • Drive the development of the specialties line and other strategic portfolio items, promoting increased market share, profitability and customer loyalty.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Business Administration, Chemistry, Dairy Science/Technology or Commercial Management.
  • Prior professional experience in B2B sales is desirable, preferably in the food industry.
