About the role

  • Carry out activities related to Regulatory Affairs, monitoring, analyzing and applying relevant legislation issued by the Ministry of Health through the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA), State Health Surveillance and other documentation and certifications;
  • Collect information and documents required for obtaining permits and licenses, operating permits, fire department occupancy certificates and sanitary permits for clinics and distribution centers (DCs);
  • Organize schedules and files, prepare reports and correspondence to ensure processes meet the organization’s objectives, working under occasional supervision;
  • Monitor legalization and the implementation projects for clinics with the relevant public authorities, verifying required licenses and documentation, arranging corrections and additional documents when requested to ensure project execution complies with legislation;
  • Track all regulatory matters affecting the company within your area of responsibility, including regulations and registrations;
  • Act as liaison between the company and official regulatory bodies to obtain or renew licenses and certifications;
  • Prepare registration dossiers, post‑certification documentation, renewals and responses to regulatory requirements;
  • Monitor changes in legislation and publications relevant to the company’s sector and competitors; perform daily checks of official agencies’ websites and keep registration and legal documents up to date;
  • Identify and communicate new regulatory or legal requirements, keeping the organization informed about changes in applicable legislation to ensure compliance;
  • Review, analyze and maintain renewal of legal documentation; review all processes in progress, prepare materials and provide support to company departments;
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on topics within the area to keep the organization informed of updates and Regulatory Affairs compliance;
  • Prepare reports with area performance indicators using spreadsheets, charts and written summaries; analyze the information and present findings to the immediate supervisor for review and decision-making;
  • Engage with and support the Legal department as needed, providing all necessary information for the preparation of legal defenses;
  • Identify opportunities and propose improvements to billing processes, suggesting changes to increase efficiency and reduce errors;
  • Safeguard equipment, resources and materials under your responsibility and maintain the workplace environment; comply with policies, internal regulations, corporate policies and occupational safety standards relevant to the sector;
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace and preservation of equipment, keeping them organized and clean for reuse when necessary, in accordance with rules and procedures;
  • Comply with the Institution’s Mission and Vision, internal regulations, compliance requirements and quality management systems; adhere to ANS and ANVISA regulations and health, hygiene and occupational safety procedures relevant to the sector, using PPEs/EPCs (personal/collective protective equipment) when the activity requires it;
  • Perform other duties inherent to the role or assigned by the immediate supervisor, provided you are qualified and the tasks align with your knowledge and experience.

Requirements

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Specialization or postgraduate courses.
