About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Identity Management, Platform Engineering, and highly available, secure technology services and processes
Provide engineering and operational support for Entra ID, Active Directory, enterprise applications, RBAC, certificate auto management, Cloud HSM, containerized platforms, Azure, hybrid cloud infrastructure, and PAM
Manage Kubernetes, Rancher, Docker, AKS, and observability platforms
Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server 2019/2022, Kubernetes, RHEL, and VMware
Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, GPO, and other core services
Collaborate with IS Operations and Networking to optimize supported technologies
Work with InfoSec to secure internally and externally facing systems
Lead deployment of new and upgrades to existing server-based software platforms
Create and maintain PowerShell, Perl, and other scripts and scheduled tasks to automate routine tasks and configurations
Perform triage troubleshooting as the first point of contact with other IT groups

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong ability to create and maintain detailed system documentation
Proven problem-solving ability and creative thinking
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a highly collaborative flat organization
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
5+ years related experience required
Experience at a large law firm or professional services organization strongly preferred
Participation in periodic weekly 24/7 on-call rotation
