About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate all aspects of the law student interview process, including scheduling interviews, managing calendar logistics, and tracking candidate progress and follow-up efforts
  • Greet applicants upon arrival, provide office tours, and escort candidates to interviews as needed
  • Support planning, organization, tracking, and on-site attendance for select summer associate program events and law student recruiting events
  • Serve as a point of contact for summer associates, responding to inquiries and assisting with general program needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the recruitment database (viWave)
  • Assist with additional departmental projects as assigned by the Chief, Directors, and Senior Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–3 years of legal recruiting experience
  • Self-motivated, proactive, positive team player with strong professionalism
  • Punctual, reliable, and flexible, with the ability to work significant overtime as needed
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, candidates, and staff at all levels
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, including proofreading for typographical, spelling, grammatical, and formatting errors
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment while maintaining the highest standards of work quality
  • Sound judgment and professional maturity, including the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other applications as needed
  • Experience with viWave/Desktop is a plus
