About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the webinar workstream end-to-end
- Gather and send out easy-to-read email data reports
- Serve as the go-to person for the firm email marketing platform
- Run the logistics for webinars
- Help Practice Coverage teams build and clean their target contact lists
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of experience working in email marketing and CRM
- Strong technical skills and comfort learning new software
- High level of empathy and great people skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong background in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Vuture, Drupal or basic HTML is a plus.
