About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for general case maintenance and case support
- Works directly with attorneys, clerks, and other firm support departments
- Prepares motion papers, court filings, and correspondence
- Organizes, reviews and maintains documents and case files
- Conducts electronic document reviews and conducts searches of production databases for documents
- Assists attorneys with preparation of materials for depositions, trials and arbitrations
- Organizes and maintains electronic record of deposition transcripts, videos
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years litigation experience in state and federal trial courts (required)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and other office tools including document review software, document management system required
