About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, conference room reservations, catering, audiovisual needs, invitations, and RSVP tracking.
  • Assist with attorney rotations, lateral onboarding and integration, and professional development programs.
  • Prepare, revise, format, and distribute correspondence, presentations, annual review materials, and other departmental documents.
  • Maintain associate and counsel vacation calendars, internal distribution lists, and practice group email groups.
  • Assist with updates to the Firm's intranet pages to ensure content remains current and accurate.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and ad hoc reports, including attorney hours, staffing, utilization, and other practice group metrics.
  • Track attorney arrivals and coordinate onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate logistics for practice group meetings, trainings, networking events, receptions, and social gatherings.
  • Attend events as needed to provide on-site support.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • One or more years of relevant administrative or professional services experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, InterAction, Zoom, Adobe Acrobat, and other business applications as needed.
