About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the annual rate arrangement process, via the consolidation and distribution of historical data (time value, hours, billings, etc.)
- Compile historical client, matter, and practice group performance to help support pricing decisions and profitability assessments
- Collaborate with partners, business development and accounting to support client and pricing initiatives
- Utilize Oracle and other financial reporting tools to extract data and prepare financial reports
- Provide analysis on financial performance, utilization, realization, leverage, profitability, and other KPIs
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the pricing and related financial analysis capabilities
- Identify opportunities to automate and standardize recurring pricing analysis and reporting using Excel and other analytical tools (Tableau)
- Various ad-hoc projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business-related field
- 1-3 years of public or private experience in a similar capacity (Accounting or FP&A)
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable managing large data sets
- Knowledge of Oracle and Smartview a plus
