About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the annual rate arrangement process, via the consolidation and distribution of historical data (time value, hours, billings, etc.)
  • Compile historical client, matter, and practice group performance to help support pricing decisions and profitability assessments
  • Collaborate with partners, business development and accounting to support client and pricing initiatives
  • Utilize Oracle and other financial reporting tools to extract data and prepare financial reports
  • Provide analysis on financial performance, utilization, realization, leverage, profitability, and other KPIs
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the pricing and related financial analysis capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to automate and standardize recurring pricing analysis and reporting using Excel and other analytical tools (Tableau)
  • Various ad-hoc projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related field
  • 1-3 years of public or private experience in a similar capacity (Accounting or FP&A)
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable managing large data sets
  • Knowledge of Oracle and Smartview a plus
