About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the annual rate arrangement process, via the consolidation and distribution of historical data (time value, hours, billings, etc.)
Compile historical client, matter, and practice group performance to help support pricing decisions and profitability assessments
Collaborate with partners, business development and accounting to support client and pricing initiatives
Utilize Oracle and other financial reporting tools to extract data and prepare financial reports
Provide analysis on financial performance, utilization, realization, leverage, profitability, and other KPIs
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the pricing and related financial analysis capabilities
Identify opportunities to automate and standardize recurring pricing analysis and reporting using Excel and other analytical tools (Tableau)
Various ad-hoc projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business-related field
1-3 years of public or private experience in a similar capacity (Accounting or FP&A)
Strong organization and communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Comfortable managing large data sets
Knowledge of Oracle and Smartview a plus
