About the role

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire our sales teams to exceed performance goals.
  • Conduct impactful sales meetings focused on strategy, promotions, and market insights.
  • Monitor CRM activity and coach team members for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with manufacturer partners to close high-value opportunities.
  • Oversee key account management and foster long-term customer relationships.
  • Develop data-driven sales strategies based on market trends and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership in sales with 5+ years of experience, preferably in multi-channel environments.
  • Deep understanding of government and municipal sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the firearms industry and law enforcement equipment.
  • Expertise in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and reside in a major metro area within AZ, CA, CO, UT, TX, or WA.
