About the role
- Lead, mentor, and inspire our sales teams to exceed performance goals.
- Conduct impactful sales meetings focused on strategy, promotions, and market insights.
- Monitor CRM activity and coach team members for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with manufacturer partners to close high-value opportunities.
- Oversee key account management and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Develop data-driven sales strategies based on market trends and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven leadership in sales with 5+ years of experience, preferably in multi-channel environments.
- Deep understanding of government and municipal sales.
- Strong knowledge of the firearms industry and law enforcement equipment.
- Expertise in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and reside in a major metro area within AZ, CA, CO, UT, TX, or WA.
