About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle member queries and requests received by the Member Support team via Chat, Telephone, and Email
- Process membership queries in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
- Actively engage with members to provide the best possible quality and service
- Work as part of a team at the Glasgow West End David Lloyd Club hub
- Provide outstanding service and support to members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in outbound calling and handling customer queries is essential
- Previous experience in a call centre environment would be desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A drive to hit targets
- Resilient with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Within a reasonable commuting distance of the hub
- Able to work fully office-based at the Glasgow West End membership hub
- Available for working hours of either 9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00
