About the role

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automated Testing Manager to lead the design, deployment, and execution of testing operations for Oracle Cloud Application implementation projects.
  • This leadership role is central to ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Oracle Cloud solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, and other modules.
  • The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in automated testing frameworks, hands-on experience with tools like Opkey and Camptra, and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement in testing practices.
  • Define and lead the automated testing strategy for Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, and technical teams to align testing efforts with project goals.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for automated testing across multiple Oracle Cloud modules.
  • Oversee the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts using tools such as Opkey and Camptra.
  • Manage end-to-end testing cycles including unit, integration, regression, and UAT.
  • Ensure test coverage, traceability, and defect management are maintained throughout the lifecycle.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of test engineers and analysts onshore and offshore (India).
  • Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and innovation.
  • Evaluate and implement automation tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Integrate testing tools with CI/CD pipelines and project management platforms.
  • Monitor and report on testing metrics, KPIs, and quality outcomes.
  • Communicate testing plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Partner with vendors and consultants to ensure tool effectiveness and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM).
  • Hands-on expertise with Opkey, Camptra, or similar automated testing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test automation frameworks, and SDLC.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
