About the role
- Responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, performance, and cost optimization of cloud services
- Act as the primary technical lead for assigned customers, manage incident escalations
- Drive automation-first practices, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with development teams
- Define and maintain SLIs/SLOs, participate in architecture discussions, monitor alignment
- Automate infrastructure and operations tasks using Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK
- Implement observability systems: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK
- Provision and manage VMs, storage, networking, VPNs
- Enforce security best practices and ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in multi-cloud operations (AWS, Azure)
- Reliability engineering
- Automation and large-scale infrastructure management
- DevOps practices and tools
- Must be fluent in English.
