Design, develop, test, and operate cloud-native microservices
Build and scale distributed systems handling high-throughput data
Apply secure coding practices and collaborate with security architects
Deploy and operate services across AWS, Azure, and GCP

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of professional software development experience
Track record of shipping production services
Proficiency in Java (Must Have), TypeScript/Node.js, Golang, Rust
Experience with configuration-as-code (we use Groovy)
Familiarity with observability practices
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong grasp of networking fundamentals
Experience with agentic AI development tools
Comfort working in a hybrid environment (Mississauga office, 4 days/week)
