Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain and manage our CRM system
Support and advise prospective students and leads via phone, video and email
Coordinate appointments, courses and students
Support the sales process and provide guidance on suitable educational programs
Independently conduct outreach activities via LinkedIn and other platforms
Communicate and coordinate with partners, companies and educational institutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

German language skills at a minimum C1 level
Experience in administration, sales, consulting or coordination
Proficient with CRM systems
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a structured, independent manner and take initiative
Interest in education, data and digital processes
