Advise finance professionals from middle management through the C-suite on the Datarails platform
Customize customers' Datarails platform and train them on product updates
Understand current client situations, helping simplify models and existing data
Create detailed business analysis outlining problems, opportunities and solutions (budgeting and forecasting, planning and monitoring, financial modeling, standard reporting)
Manage, interpret, and validate all data produced by the customer, focusing on improving quality of customer care
Provide recommendations for process changes to optimize procedures and maximize outcomes
Build long term strategic relationships with customers, gather requirements, and follow through with financial reporting support
Requirements
2+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or similar customer-facing role
Finance or accounting background
Deep knowledge and solid experience in advanced Excel functions (formulas, Vlookup, Pivot Table, Power Query and complex models)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with upselling and renewal conversations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Must be based in the United States or Canada
