About the role
- Datarails is seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead and grow partnerships with consulting and ERP partners in North America. The role involves identifying, closing, and scaling revenue-generating alliances; the ideal candidate has 5–8 years of partnerships experience, with a strong FP&A ecosystem network and commercial acumen to drive channel growth through resellers and revenue share partners. Core responsibilities include building/managing partner relationships, onboarding, enablement, growth, and retention; cross-functional collaboration with AE, solutions consulting, and customer success teams; delivering tailored demos; transitioning new partners from signed to revenue-generating; driving revenue through various partner models; and co-designing go-to-market initiatives and regional co-marketing with partners. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management, with an executive presence and ability to operate in a high-growth environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in alliances or business development, managing, global, and industry-leading partners at fast growing startups.\n
- Experience across multiple partner types including but not limited to ERPs, consulting partners and value added resellers.\n
- Strong commercial instincts with a proven ability to drive partner-sourced revenue and influence product adoption.\n
- Established network across the FP&A landscape, with the ability to quickly build credibility and trust.\n
- Skilled in co-selling, partner enablement, and building scalable GTM playbooks.\n
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment\n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\n
- Relationship-focused with a solid executive presence and proven ability to build credibility with partner and internal stakeholders.\n
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment and make personal connections with technical-oriented people as well as C-level audiences.\n
- Good planning and analytical skills; proven ability to apply these skills to complex situations with competing priorities.\n
- Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet expectations.\n
- Bachelor's degree.\n
- Knowledge of BI and analytics solutions is a plus.
