About the role

  • Lead and manage a team of Implementation CSMs, hire, train, coach, and mentor team members.
  • Oversee multiple implementation projects, review project plans, timelines, scoped hours, and approve handoff to live.
  • Serve as escalation point for customers and team on issues; provide guidance and support on calls.
  • Conduct status meetings with customers and provide project updates; manage a small portfolio (~2-4) of customers.
  • Collaborate with sales, live, and product teams; provide product feedback and be part of Product expert group.
  • Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies; maintain Implementation playbook and subprocesses.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience and/or 1.5+ years of experience at Datarails, ideally in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to operate independently and work with management to improve organization operations.
  • History of building and maintaining strong collegial relationships, knowledge-sharing, and mentorship of team members.
  • Preference for candidates with experience as an onboarding buddy for new hires.
  • Strong communication skills; navigate difficult conversations and raise red flags.
  • Strong customer skills; able to serve as escalation point and lead challenging implementations.
  • In-depth understanding of Datarails' products, sales, and processes.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in current role within Datarails.
  • Strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and deep understanding of company's customer base.
