About the role
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection activities
- Screen CVs and respond to applicants within 1–3 working days
- Distribute technical and skills assessments and upload results to the HR system
- Liaise with hiring managers to obtain interview feedback within agreed timelines
- Support the recruitment of junior and intern-level roles
- Upload contracts and documentation onto the HR system by start date
- Coordinate pre-onboarding communication and documentation with new hires
- Assist with offboarding processes, including exit interviews
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system
- Ensure accurate filing, documentation and data integrity across systems
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology (or similar)
- Good knowledge of Google Suite and HRIS or ATS (Ideally BambooHR) would be an advantage
- Excellent coordination skills and personal drive
- Organised and a keen eye for detail
- Passion for people and what motivates them
- To be self-motivated, and take responsibility for your own development
- To be a team player
- A strong ability to learn
