About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for the development team
- Create user stories, workflows, and process diagrams to support requirements
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports
- Coordinate with designers, developers, QA, and business stakeholders
- Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and business analysis
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Trello, or other project management tools
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or Business Analysis (CBAP/CCBA) is nice to have
- Experience working in IT/software development projects is nice to have
