About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for the development team.
- Create user stories, workflows, and process diagrams to support requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, QA, and business stakeholders).
- Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and business analysis.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Trello, or other project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
