About the role

  • Map AS-IS processes and design TO-BE workflows.
  • Identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Document processes clearly and in alignment with ISO 27001.
  • Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives related to new processes and systems.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for efficiency, quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, product, operations and security teams.
  • Support automation and standardization initiatives for workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience in process mapping and improvement (BPM/BPMN, Lean, etc.).
  • Practical knowledge of ISO 27001.
  • Experience in change management.
  • Familiarity with technology, data and digital product environments.
  • Experience with modeling tools (Miro, Bizagi, Lucidchart, Visio).
  • Analytical, organized and results-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative approach.
  • Ability to influence and drive change.
  • Autonomy, ownership mentality and ability to work in dynamic environments.
