About the role
- You make the initial telephone contact with companies (outbound cold calling) and inform them about new car models and offers.
- You work with our web-based system and document the information from telephone conversations.
- Outbound appointment setting and lead generation, targeting B2B (companies in Germany), industry: automotive (manufacturers, car dealerships, leasing companies, charging station providers, etc.).
Requirements
- Telephone experience: You have at least two years' experience in an outbound call center and experience with cold calling.
- Appointment-setting experience: Whether in promotions, telesales, or telephone appointment scheduling, you are practiced at persuading people.
- Strong communication skills: You can express yourself clearly, argue effectively, and respond to others with empathy.
- Team player with linguistic sensitivity: You enjoy working in a team and have excellent German language skills (at least C1) both spoken and written.
