About the role
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles (from job intake to offer), focusing on engineering, infra, and product
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define role requirements
- Proactively source and build pipelines of high-quality candidates using innovative sourcing techniques
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring transparency and responsiveness throughout the process
- Act as a DataCrunch brand ambassador in the talent market; build relationships and support employer branding initiatives
- Contribute to refining recruitment processes, tools, and metrics as the company scales
- Deliver on hiring goals, improve offer acceptance rates, and share market insights to support hiring decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years proven track record in recruiting for technical roles (agency or in-house, ideally startup/scale-up)
- Familiarity with engineering roles: DevOps, Infrastructure, Software, Cloud, Networking
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and other sourcing platforms
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills in English (Polish is a plus)
- Hands-on, proactive ownership mindset; comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans
- Experience building candidate pipelines and delivering quality hires
