About the role
- Administration, configuration and further development of our Microsoft Intune environment
- Planning, provisioning and operation of automated device deployment processes using Windows Autopilot
- Responsibility for company-wide patch management
- Development of scripts and automations to simplify recurring processes in client management
- Monitoring workplace systems and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Implementation and enforcement of security policies, data protection and compliance requirements in the endpoint environment
- Maintaining documentation and preparing reports
Requirements
- Completed IT vocational training or a related degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Practical experience in client or workplace management
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, patch management and software packaging
- Confident use of PowerShell, Azure AD, endpoint security, Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 integration
- Analytical and solution-oriented working style
- Team player with strong communication skills
