About the role
- Support in planning, coordinating and implementing IT projects under the guidance of experienced project managers
- Independent handling of smaller projects with clearly defined scope, schedule and objectives under the supervision of an experienced project manager
- Collaborate in maintaining and tracking the project portfolio and in checking the consistency of project objectives
- Assist in creating project plans, timelines and resource requests
- Contribute to identifying and documenting potential project risks and preparing mitigation measures
- Prepare and support internal and external communication with project stakeholders
- Create and maintain project status reports, minutes and presentations
- Support the execution of project reviews and lessons learned sessions
Requirements
- Degree in (Business) Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- Some practical experience in project environments, ideally in IT (e.g., internships, working-student roles or academic projects) is desirable
- Basic knowledge of traditional and agile project management methods
- Willingness to learn and work with project management tools
- Good communication skills, team spirit and a strong willingness to learn
