Lead
About the role
- Lead (both professionally and disciplinarily) a team of IT project managers.
- Responsible for the successful delivery of our digital projects.
- Work closely with executives, business units, and internal and external customers and partners.
- Further develop our project management organization and the Project Management Office (PMO).
- Manage your team’s project portfolio in alignment with company objectives.
- Independently plan and execute challenging IT projects.
- Develop our project management standards and introduce new methods and tools.
- Communicate clearly at all levels and collaborate closely with stakeholders.
- Ensure project budget and resource planning.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience leading project teams or working as a project manager with leadership responsibility.
- Solid knowledge of traditional and agile methods is desirable (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum).
- Process-oriented thinking, ability to set priorities, and composure under pressure.
- Ability to inspire your team, act as a confident interlocutor at all hierarchy levels, and communicate complex topics concisely.
- Comfortable working in a heterogeneous IT landscape and understanding the requirements of modern IT projects.
