About the role

  • Seek out, target and initiate contact with major prospective customers within assigned vertical market
  • Develop network of contacts
  • Qualify and assess targeted accounts
  • Follow up on sourced leads generated by inbound and outbound marketing activities
  • Drive your own deals through a full-cycle sales funnel from qualifying to close
  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and management to ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience in technical sales
  • Consistent track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Proven experience in proactively identifying and closing new account opportunities
  • Ability to manage sales through forecasting and account strategy
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
  • Previous experience working in a technology industry is preferred
