Requirements
- Fluent in English — reading and writing
- Available full-time with a flexible schedule
- Extremely detail-oriented and data literate
- Experience in working with Excel or Google sheets
- Comfortable working with online data tools
- Strong research and analytical skills — you interpret information, not just copy it
- Super organized, with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks
- Independent, accountable, and reliable
- Basic understanding of the B2B sales & marketing landscape
- Prior experience in any of the following: outsourcing, lead generation, list building, sales, or sales operations.
- You’re energized by getting something right, not just done
- You can hold a lot of rules in your head and apply them consistently
- You’re brave enough to ask when you’re unsure
- Routine doesn’t drain you — it focuses you
- Experience working with Gsuite, Asana, Trello, Slack & LinkedIn
