About the role
- Work with a technical and strategic focus on financial and budgetary analysis
- Perform all Senior-level activities with a critical perspective, proposing structural improvements
- Perform analyses of financial statements (Income Statement - DRE, balance sheet, cash flow statement)
- Monitor and contribute to the company's budget planning
- Assess the economic viability of projects and investments using financial modeling
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, capital optimization, and margin improvement
- Conduct financial performance studies and reports by area, project, or unit
- Support the accounting close process by validating information and reconciling financial data
- Provide technical information and recommendations to senior management and the executive board
- Participate in strategic financial projects and efficiency initiatives
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and procedures
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong background in finance
- Knowledge of financial indicators (Income Statement - DRE, balance sheet, margins, CapEx/Opex)
- Experience in budget planning
