About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and architect enterprise-level BI solutions using MicroStrategy.
- Develop and maintain MicroStrategy metadata, schemas, cubes, reports, dossiers, and dashboards.
- Define BI architecture standards, best practices, and governance processes.
- Optimize report performance, SQL generation, caching, and overall platform efficiency.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Architects on data warehouse and semantic layer design.
- Support enterprise reporting environments, security configurations, and user access management.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for platform or reporting issues.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and reliability of BI solutions.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership to the BI team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience working with MicroStrategy.
- Strong experience with MicroStrategy Architecture, Intelligence Server, and administration.
- Hands-on experience with: Dossiers, Intelligent Cubes, Schema Objects, Report Services, Attributes, Facts, Metrics, and Transformations.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
- Experience troubleshooting performance and scalability issues.
- Strong understanding of BI governance and enterprise analytics environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.
- Advanced English communication skills.
