About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support, further development and technical operation of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system (Finance & Supply Chain Management) in an international environment.
Implementation of changes, enhancements and optimizations – independently or in close cooperation with external service providers.
Design, maintenance and further development of interfaces, integrations and databases for operational processes as well as reporting and business intelligence.
Technical responsibility for our Microsoft Azure and Power Platform environments (including Power Apps, Power Automate).
Continuous monitoring of product changes, roadmaps, deprecations and updates in the Microsoft ecosystem, including assessment of impacts on our system landscape and derivation of required technical measures.
Close collaboration with business units, IT colleagues and external partners on development and digitalization projects.
Active contribution to knowledge transfer, documentation and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in an IT-related field or equivalent vocational training with relevant professional experience.
Practical experience in cloud environments, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and the Power Platform.
Developer mindset and practical experience implementing changes, extensions and integrations.
Experience in building, maintaining and advancing interfaces and databases.
Independent, structured and responsible working style with a strong quality focus.
Very good German skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills for work in an international context.
Team-oriented personality with a focus on trusting and open collaboration, a solution-oriented approach and active knowledge sharing.
