About the role

  • Own the product lifecycle for complex healthcare applications (clinical, claims, analytics, etc.)
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
  • Lead discovery, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and sprint refinement activities
  • Work closely with US-based stakeholders (Product, Operations, Clients) to align features with strategic goals
  • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation for internal and external use
  • Drive go-to-market readiness, rollout coordination, and feedback loops with end users
  • Ensure products meet high standards for data security, compliance (HIPAA) , and accessibility
  • Use metrics, feedback, and user research to guide continuous product improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in software teams
  • Experience in US Healthcare : EMRs, EHRs, payers, claims data, patient engagement, or related
  • Strong skills in product discovery, agile delivery , and backlog management
  • Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams and lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard , or similar
  • A data-informed mindset: experience using analytics, dashboards, or qualitative insights to drive decisions
