About the role
- Review, drafting and administration of district heating supply, operator and lease agreements, as well as end-customer contracts
- Processing of amendments, addendums, contract terminations and objections
- Acting as a liaison between Sales, Billing Management and the Legal Department
- Responsibility for property matters, e.g., ownership of installations and rights-of-way for district heating networks
- Administration and documentation of property and asset rights
- Proper filing, digitization and archiving of contract documents
- System administration of the contract management software
- Support with the distribution and dispatch of signed contracts
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training in a commercial/administrative field (e.g., office clerk/administrator, industrial clerk or legal assistant)
- At least two years' professional experience in contract management—ideally in the energy industry or a technically related environment
- Solid knowledge of contract law, heat supply/district heating or energy industry topics
- Comfortable with direct customer contact
- Confident user of CRM systems (ideally SuperOffice) and MS Office applications
