About the role
- Develop customized energy supply solutions for heating, electricity and cooling
- Coordinate project implementation with operations sites and internal stakeholders
- Convert existing supply locations to renewable heat systems
- Business development and customer consulting
- On-site customer support to maintain and expand client relationships
- Prepare technical and economic calculations and offers/quotes
- Conduct contract negotiations
- Handle public tenders and procurement processes
- Support after-sales service and billing
Requirements
- Technical education and degree: completed technical degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering)
- 3–5 years' professional experience in energy engineering or the energy industry
- Business administration experience
- Experience in customer interaction and communication
- Experience in contract management
- Project management, including cost calculations
- MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Fluent German (negotiation-level)
- Confident, professional demeanor and strong service orientation
- Analytical thinking and a proactive working style
