About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and intellectual property contracts;
Support in corporate transactions and corporate reorganizations;
Drafting legal opinions and various contractual instruments;
Conducting legal research and analyzing regulatory matters;
Preparing reports and monitoring advisory requests;
Liaising with clients and supporting internal team activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree;
Knowledge of corporate and company law;
Previous experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, either in-house or at law firms;
Specialization in Contract Law, Corporate Law, Company Law or Privacy and Data Protection (preferred);
Knowledge of privacy and data protection would be an advantage.
