Key responsibilities & impact

Qualitative analysis of patent application documents for filings, requests for examination, and grants
Monitoring patent applications/processes on the INPI website (Brazilian Patent Office)
Monitoring patent applications using Power BI
Conducting prior art and freedom-to-operate searches under the supervision of the responsible technician
Preparing drafts of technical emails and communication reports for clients under the supervision of the responsible technician
Preparing responses to technical office actions published by the INPI under the supervision of the responsible technician
Active participation in the development of internal process innovations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, Mechanical, Computer, Control and Automation, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields
Advanced English proficiency
Interest in working in an office environment with a focus on reading and writing
Knowledge of Intellectual Property is a plus
