About the role
- Research and analysis of federal regulations (laws, decrees, RDCs, INs, ordinances, resolutions, and acts/decisions from ANVISA, MAPA and other regulatory agencies);
- Monitoring public consultations, new RDCs, INs and other regulatory acts;
- Preparation of regulatory alerts and regulatory impact reports;
- Drafting memoranda and legal opinions regarding the regulatory classification of products and activities;
- Compilation of administrative precedents (decisional acts, dispatches, public consultations);
- Drafting responses to inquiries, internal materials and external communications;
- Assistance with administrative defenses and appeals;
- Monitoring regulatory deadlines and developments;
- Jurisprudential research (Federal Regional Courts - TRFs, Superior Court of Justice - STJ, Federal Supreme Court - STF, and state courts) on sanitary law, agrochemicals, food, medicines, cosmetics, inputs, and related procedural matters;
- Support in drafting procedural documents (initial petitions, submissions, briefs/memorials);
- Organization of technical documents for case files.
Requirements
- Law students from the 5th semester onward;
- Currently taking (or having completed) Administrative Law;
- Strong legal research skills (statutes and case law);
- Good legal drafting and written communication skills;
- Ability to interpret regulations and administrative acts;
- Organizational skills and deadline management.
