About the role
- Qualitative analysis of patent application documents for filings, requests for examination, and grant decisions;
- Monitoring patent applications/cases on the INPI (Brazilian Patent Office) website;
- Monitoring patent requests through Power BI;
- Conducting technical prior-art and freedom-to-operate searches under the supervision of the responsible technician;
- Preparing drafts of technical emails and communication reports to be sent to clients under the supervision of the responsible technician;
- Preparing responses to technical office actions published by the INPI under the supervision of the responsible technician;
- Active participation in the development of internal innovations to improve work processes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or related fields;
- Advanced English;
- Interest in working in an office environment with an emphasis on reading and writing;
- Knowledge of Intellectual Property is a plus.
